2. Description of Service

MetroTrack is a mobile application that provides:

• Real-time journey tracking for Hyderabad Metro based on your location
• Wake-up call reminders and arrival alerts
• Route planning and fare calculation
• Metro station information and timings
• WhatsApp location sharing

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes
• You understand that location accuracy depends on your device's GPS
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

4. Disclaimer

Not an Official HMRL App: MetroTrack is an independent application and is not officially affiliated with Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) or L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited.

Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, metro timings, fares, and schedules may change. Always verify with official HMRL sources for critical travel planning.

Location Tracking: Journey tracking accuracy depends on your device's GPS and network conditions. We are not responsible for missed stops due to GPS inaccuracies.

5. Limitation of Liability

MetroTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

• Any missed metro connections or travel delays
• Inaccurate fare or timing information
• Device battery consumption from location services
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from app usage

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of MetroTrack are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Beta Program

If you participate in our beta program:

• You understand the app may contain bugs or incomplete features
• You agree to provide feedback to help improve the app
